We are a boutique Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Estimating firm based in Sydney with project reach and experience all over Australia. Trusted by many Architects, home owners, Builders and Developers, our Quantity Surveyors are very capable, innovative and responsive. Each project is valued and analysed on much more than just the project itself. By providing our clients with detailed cost estimates that are easy to understand it leads the client to make educated and informed choices on the costs associated with certain design decisions.
Our expertise encompasses mainly the residential sector but we also have extensive experience in cost estimates for projects in the commercial, industrial, fit-out, health, recreational and retail sectors.

Construction Cost Estimates / Cost Planning
We provide Construction cost estimates for Architects, Builders and Developers. We think about things differently. We take the time to absorb the things that affect costs beyond what is designed on paper.
Council Cost Reports / Section 94A Estimates
We have completed cost reports for hundreds of clients for many councils across NSW. We are also registered Quantity Surveyors as members of the AIQS (Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors) which is a requirement for completing these reports.
Insurance Replacement Valuations
We ensure that your Insurance replacement Valuations are accurate and reflect the information that your insurer is looking for.
Cost Advice
All our services have cost advice built into them. Some of our clients don’t require a comprehensive report. Email or over-the-phone advice is sometimes enough. We are here to offer general cost advice to our clients.
